NEXX X.R3R

The NEXX X.R3R is a motorcycle helmet intended for riders who participate in motorcycle racing and / or track days. With the help of computer programs, a wind tunnel, and multiple road tests, the X.R3R is aerodynamically optimized. Everything from the shape of the helmet, to the vents, spoiler, and visor was improved for maximum aerodynamics. This is extremely important when 1mph could mean the difference between winning or losing. It's so efficient the helmet has 0 dynamic weight when going over 100mph. In addition to drag reduction, the design optimizes air flow and cooling within the interior of the helmet. A rear spoiler extension is an optional add-on that can further improve stability at high speeds. The X.R3R is available with either an ultra-light 3K carbon fiber shell, or the X-Matrix 2 shell which is a multi-layer composite. Six air intakes and four exhaust outlets for ventilation allow full control over how much airflow comes through the helmet. All interior padding uses X-Mart Dry fabric; its comfortable, removable, and washable. A loud helmet is a distracting helmet. The X.R3R employs multiple soundproofing techniques including rubber sealing around the visor, a visor recoil system pressing the visor onto the seal, drag reduction in key areas, and an anti-vibration rubber visor plate. The double-lock visor is a safety feature that prevents the visor from opening unexpectedly at high speeds. The wide eye port and visor offers a 225º horizontal field, a 85º vertical visual field, and opening angles of 15% for both focused vision and peripheral vision. The visor is made from PC Lexan, is an optical class I visor and is anti-scratch. It is also tear-off ready (tear offs sold separately).  The Multi Density EPS liner is designed offer maximum impact protection in key areas. The NEXX X.R3R is available in 3 shell sizes, comes with the emergency strap V2 system, double-d rings with the x-lock system, and a removable chinstrap cover.
