Refund policy

We absolutely love when the words "return" and "easy" are in the same sentence! If you've received an item that you would like to send back for return or exchange just click HERE to send us an email. Most products are completely covered under an awesome 60 day return policy. You send it to us, we inspect it, it's that easy!

The fine print: Some one-time use items & specialty items are unable to be returned. Not to worry, these items make up less than 1% of our inventory. If you are unsure message us first. Returns are expected to be in 100% resellable condition. It's just common courtesy toward the person who will get the item in the future. Please, do not remove tags or make alterations unless you plan to keep the item.
