I absolutely love my skiing helmet and was thrilled to enhance it with this helmet cover, especially because of the charming bells. However, my experience with the cover has been underwhelming.
While the helmet itself remains fantastic, the cover's bells are a major letdown. After just one additional ski outing, I noticed the bells were almost falling off, despite no falls or rough treatment. This indicates a significant flaw in the design of the cover, specifically the way the bells are attached.
For a product intended to withstand the rigors of skiing, this lack of durability in the cover is unacceptable. It's disheartening, especially when the helmet itself has been so reliable and enjoyable.
Regrettably, I can't recommend this helmet cover. It fails to match the quality and resilience of the helmet, which is a shame because the concept of adding fun bells to the skiing experience is wonderful.
