2025 is fast approaching. In fact, it will be here in just a couple of hours! Winter is crawling by but before you know it spring will be here, and along with it, motorcycle season.
In New York, the motorcycle parts and accessories business starts to pick up in April and May. Riders dust off their bikes and gear that's been in storage all winter. Some discover parts need replacing, and others just want an upgrade. One of our favorite aftermarket motorcycle parts is the fender eliminator. Mostly because it's an affordable way to improve the look AND performance of your motorcycle. A sleek style coupled with bright LEDs is a no-brainier.
We've always been a fan of the New Rage Cycles fender eliminators. They're made in New York about a mile south of our offices. They have a massive collection of kits for nearly every motorcycle. Plus the parts are made of high quality aluminum with a textured powder coat so they'll stand the test of time.
Below, we put together a list of 8 fender eliminators we think will be popular in 2025. How did we come up with this list you ask? Well, we track search trends and buying trends on our website. The below fender eliminators have been searched and or purchased at an accelerated rate. So without further ado:
The 8 fender eliminators we think will be hot in 2025:
- 2013-2022 Honda CBR600RR: It's no secret that the CBR600RR is one of the most popular sports bikes. While the stock fender isn't the worst, it still could use a re-design.
- 2024+ Kawasaki ZX-6R: The ZX-6R isn't new, in fact it's been around since 1995 The 2024 is new so naturally there's buzz around new parts and accessories for it.
- 2024+ Kawasaki Ninja 500: An upgrade and replacement of the Ninja 400, the Ninja 500 is brand new for 2024. The desire for a fender eliminator seems to be increasing as more people purchase the bike.
- 2021+ Yamaha YZF-R7: The stock R7 fender is so gross it may make you re-consider boying it. No worries, this fender eliminator is a fantastic upgrade. It's been around for a while to it's been optimized & Improved.
- 2021+ Honda Grom: The Grom was released in 2014 in the "pocket sized" class of motorcycles. Since then it's been massively popular. The 2021 and newer models have been no exception.
- Kawasaki Ninja 400: You may have noticed this is the 3rd time a Kawasaki fender eliminator has shown up on this list. This kit works for all years of the Ninja 400 and has been a solid seller since its release.
- 2024+ Yamaha MT-09: A solid bike with an extremely bulky OEM rear fender. It's no surprise this one is gaining traction as more MT-09 owners are out there.
- Ducati Monster 696: There's no denying that Ducatis are fantastic looking bikes. But DOT regulations don't leave much wiggle room for design where the tail lights, brake light, and license plate are concerned. Luckily this fender eliminator solves that.
With the 2025 riding season still a few months away this list could certainly change. It's merely a prediction of that we anticipate to sell in the coming year. The products that actually wind up being popular could be much different as marketing for certain motorcycles change, regulations change, and the availability of similar parts changes.
